Cancellation Policy:

1-Unit Reservations of 1 or 2 nights:
No cancellation fee will apply providing Ascot on Fenton have been notified prior to 9:00am on the morning prior to your reservation and a Cancellation Acknowledgement Number (C.A.N.) is issued.
Multi-unit Reservations (3 Units or more) and/or for Reservations of 3-nights or more:
Ascot on Fenton require a minimum of 10-days notice for multi-unit reservations. Ascot on Fenton reserve the right to debit your account with the shortfall in revenue of the replacement reservation for cancellations made less than 10-days before the original reservation date.
Failure to Arrive (No-Show):
In the event that a Guest fails to arrive by 9:30pm on the night of the reservation, Ascot on Fenton will debit your account / credit card the full value of the reservation.

Early Departure:

Should a guest cut short their stay for what ever reason, Ascot on Fenton reserves the right to debit the guests account for the full value of the original reservation
